Today really does feel like a "Manic Monday" to me.
Can't you hear The Bangles??
It's just another manic Monday
I wish it were Sunday

Here's a freebie for you today- linking up with Classroom Freebies. I have revamped my math wall, as you have heard in my previous posts. Here's the final display! :) Do you just LOVE those problem solving super heroes?? I do!!!! Go check them out- they are from Collaboration Cuties! :)
The freebie is the big poster on the left in the picture, which we will do once a week as a review in our Morning Math Meeting. (We are lucky enough to have a poster-maker-printer in our school!) You could do the same, or you could have them do it for morning work...homework...a quiz... really anything you like!! Since we did it in our Morning Math Meeting, I had the kids take turns rolling the die for the top "big" number and the three-digit number at the bottom right of the poster- they would tell me the number and what place they wanted it in- good for practice of naming place value! I had another student roll two dice and make a proper fraction for the bottom left side, then we created our equivalents from there. Click the picture below to download this freebie! :)
Hope all my bloggy friends in the north are staying warm, and you were able to dig your way out of that snow!! Sometimes I do miss having a little snow to play in living in Georgia, BUT I am super excited about our four-day weekend this weekend because we DIDN'T get any snow this year!! (Our "snow make-up-days" are this Friday and Monday!)
Don't forget with Valentine's Day right around the corner, I created a unit for the adorable book: Olive My Love.
The unit will take care of at least 2 reading and 2 grammar lessons for ya! :) Click the picture below to head over to my store to check out the unit and/or download it!
P.S. Did you enter my 100 Followers Sweet Giveaway? Awesome TPT sellers are giving you some of their amazing products! A total of 10 prizes will be given away to one lucky winner! Just a few more days to enter!!!! :)
